Celebrating 25 Years of Impact: Honoring Our Mission and Values 

As CSUSA marks a significant milestone in our journey, we stand in awe of the countless students’ lives we’ve touched. Twenty-five years ago, our company embarked on a mission to make a difference in student’s lives and the field of education, driven by a set of beliefs that would guide us through challenges and triumphs alike. Today we are 82,000 students strong, in more than 150 schools across Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Louisiana.  Although we have been successful, we resolutely commit ourselves to our mission, values, and promises that have guided our company.

We are relentless about remaining focused on the greatness of our students and their best interests.  However, being great in school isn’t enough. We want to focus on the success of our students in school but also the untapped potential they have in life.  

Our CSUSA Values: Purpose, Passion, Integrity, Grit  

Education is not a job for us.  It is a calling wherein we impact the future.  Knowing our purpose is our first value because children and their future are of paramount importance.  Passion is the fuel that propels us forward to invest in the lives of our students.  Integrity embodies the idea that we partner with parents, as a team, to ensure that students have responsible adults that they can look up to and support every day.  Finally, grit is the idea that we never give up.  Students should know that grit is something they can take their whole life.  Regardless of what career or goals they choose in life, they should be reminded they aren’t going to quit on themselves or others.

Strong minds and good hearts best represent our promise to every parent, every student, and every team member of CSUSA.  For students to have a strong mind, they must have the academic ability to recognize the importance of learning and to commit to studying hard. To have a strong mind and a heart full of the values mentioned above with care, and concern, for our neighbors and humanity.  We focus on these things we shine a light that can truly become the change agents for the good that we aspire to be.
